  1. Yeah!! Meditation is awesome. I also like to walk in nature (I’m in the big town about an hour southwest of you, which, like your town, is full of trees and hills 🙂 And I totally dig doing this to ambient dub/downtempo music (!!) Oh yeah! Acupuncture also rocks. I often slip into a trance and then float back out of the treatment room LOL <3

      1. Rock on!! That’s SO cool. I don’t care what anyone says–that stuff works! Living proof here 💪🏼👍🏼💓

You and my partner would really get along then, too 😊 He’s in acupuncture school as we speak (well, he’s taking a term off ATM 😉) and he’s also more than likely an Aspie too! 👍🏼💓

        1. Haha, if you’d know I started my training by challenging the lecturer to prove me if there’s anything scientific about his mumbo-jumbo, and please believe me I said it literally 😵
By noon he proved it, by the next day I was preaching about it, yeehaa 👼
He proved it on me, actually 😉

          1. Omg that’s amazingly cool!! I like that approach, too, and I’m glad that the instructor took it in stride and rolled with it 👍🏼💜. One of the many things I love about you is that you’re willing to totally change your opinion based on reasonable explanation 👏🏼👏🏼😘💓

  2. This is brilliant, you have definitely have a way of explaining things in a really helpful and inspiring way. Meditation is something I myself would like to try and do not just for me but with my children. Things can be so hectic sometimes that it would be nice if we could all get to that point of relaxation and actually feeling good with in our selves instead of the depression and anxiety my whole little family go’s though at certain points . Thanks for sharing 🙂

    1. I think the most important thing to remember is that meditation is hard at first but the more you do it the easier it gets. I hear people say they “can’t meditate” – I wish they knew that I REALLY could not meditate either when I started.
